Sigma making Sony E-mount customers happy
The guys and girls over at Sigma have been busy this summer bringing out a series of interchangeable lenses for the Sony E-mount digital camera series with full-frame image sensors as part of their Art line.
These E-mount models feature a band new control algorithm which optimizes the autofocus drive and data transmission speed. Furthermore, the lenses are compatible with Sony’s Continuous AF (AF-C) and high-speed autofocus. Something that isn't dealt with by the MC-11 mount converter.
All the lenses are compatible with in-camera image stabilization and aberration correction, matching corrections to the optical characteristics of the lens and so producing a high level of image quality.
Every Sigma E-mount lens features a special surface treatment to enhance its strength. In addition, the mount connection area incorporates a rubber seal for dust and splash-proof construction.
The following make up the Product Line for Sony E-mount lenses:
SIGMA 14 mm F1.8 DG HSM | Art
SIGMA 20 mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art
SIGMA 24 mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art
SIGMA 35 mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art
