Saarbrücken Street Frau 474 b&w
I defy anybody not to look at this image and smile. This photograph by German photographer Rainer Neumann is just brilliant for the story that I want to know. There is something particular about this woman that intrigues me. She definitely seems to represent a different time of her life, and I'm curious to know what it is.
Rainer is a street photographer who captures those people we usually never look at twice, the less attractive and the elderly. But these groups of people are a lot more interesting because they have so much life in their faces and the way they present themselves, like the woman in this photograph. Whether you are a fan of street photography or not, I strongly suggest you use the link above to view this image on Flickr and take the time to browse through the rest of his work. You'll be fascinated by what you see.
