I don't know if train enthusiasts, or trainspotters, are only a British thing because I have never come across them in any other country. A trainspotter is a person (usually a man) who collects train or locomotive numbers as a hobby, and this shot by British photographer Mark Richardson show one such person.
I like this shot because not only does it show the typical type of person who has this hobby, but also because it shows how completely absorbed he is in what he is doing. A great shot by mark, well seen and captured.
