When I saw this photograph by Bangladeshi photographer Rifat Alam, I thought "Ah, how refreshing!". Living in the south of Sardinia, Italy, I am closer to north Africa than I am to continental Europe. This means that we get little to no rain for about 5-6 months during the summer, so you can understand my reaction to this shot.
Apart from that, I like the dark tones of the image, the foggy water-splashed lenses of the glasses and the reflection in the puddle. This scene conjures up all the atmosphere of a rainy monsoon day, a really lovely image.
