When you take a walk along the beach there are some things you expect to find, a pair of train wheels is not one of those. They make you stop and think how they got there, and they've obviously been there for some time given their condition.
I really like this photo, not only for the subject matter, but also for the atmospheric qualities it displays. The long exposure gives the sky a diffused matt finish that emphasises the foreground where the milky effect of the waves as they make their way through the rocks creates a mystical feel.
